Brief

PING was approached by Resimac to assist them in the implementation of their ambitious digital transformation for the home loans provider. This challenging project included the migration of their corporate websites, consumer-focused homeloans.com.au website and their broker website.

The overall aim for Resimac was to have one core platform for all of their digital assets, creating a unified brand presence and enabling multi-site governance.

Process

An extensive Discovery process was undertaken by the combined PING and Canvas team, resulting in both a robust solution architecture and an eye-catching new UI to provide a consistent brand look-and-feel across all of the Resimac websites.

Sitecore was the chosen platform, satisfying Resimac’s desire to implement both personalisation and marketing automation for future campaigns and marketing activities.

A key requirement of the project was a Sitecore CMS upgrade to version 9.3. Behind this was some complex systems integration. Our team recommended and employed a component-based approach to the site development, utilising Sitecore’s SXA functionality – delivering both speed to market and economies of scale for ROI.

This was all placed on a Microsoft Azure cloud platform in a Managed Services environment, in order to make deployment easier, reduce infrastructure costs, and deliver greater flexibility and scalability, partnered with maximum availability.
