With the ambitious objectives of enhancing brand awareness and brand experience, supporting lead generation and improving content workflow, this was always going to be a challenging project. But we do love a challenge.
That’s why, through our reputation for delivering market-leading Sitecore website projects, we were approached by MDA National to help them undertake this bold upgrade of their website.
And we did it from scratch. Working closely with the excellent client-side team, we scoped, designed and built this content-rich, robust and beautiful website. The site now delivers detailed, professional articles, videos, blog posts and publications from a massive, dynamic content library, targeted to the specific needs of their diverse range of HCP members.
RESULTS
The positive impacts on the site of the new UX, UI, content strategy and re-platforming have been remarkable. From a quantitative POV, from Jan to Aug 2020 versus the same period for 2018, there has been an amazing 93% increase in users and a 57% increase in sessions. And from a qualitative/engagement angle, an incredible 60% increase in average session time and 36% increase in pages per session, in conjunction with a 45% decrease in bounce rate.
